我的google code上面的第一个开源项目，yui-form-validator 看来还是有些个人来关注的，居然有外国友人来写信咨询问题，嘿嘿，小得意一下子

不过其实我的第二个项目更牛的，double-underscore 而且有计划把第一个项目最终也整合到第二个里面来的，欢迎大家关注，double-underscore 的代码其实我倾注了很多心力，只是没有放文档没有放例子，没几人能看懂能用而已，其实嘛，超牛的。

I am interested in using the yui-form-validator and am having some setup troubles.

I have tried to integrate and the validator doesn’t seem to do anything.  When I debug through it, I see oRules having the rule I set up but oInputs is an empty list.  Can you tell me if I am doing anything wrong?  Thank you very much.

That was the problem.  Could you tell me what components of YUI that yui-pack represents?  I'm already including several components separately and would prefer not do duplicate imports.

Also, is there any way to pass an element id to the validator so that I can position the validation comment (I would like to show the errors on top of the input element)?  For example:
