google UX的10条准则是:
1. Focus on people—their lives, their work, their dreams.
2. Every millisecond counts.
3. Simplicity is powerful.
4. Engage beginners and attract experts.
5. Dare to innovate.
6. Design for the world.
7. Plan for today's and tomorrow's business.
8. Delight the eye without distracting the mind.
9. Be worthy of people's trust.
10. Add a human touch.
1,2,3,5都是不用说的,大家会考虑的。第四点比较有意思,既要让初级用户用着舒服,又能让专家看出我们的专业和用心。第六点比较狂,毕竟是google的口气。第七点我想是我们最欠缺的东西,不过也许是最难改变的一点,有谁能告诉我们,明天的需求是什么样的呢?技术上的需求也许可以提前考虑到,business上的,难说。第八点也挺有意思,我想我是经常犯这种错的。第九点类似第六点,是google式的傲气和自大的宣告,没什么实际的意义。第十点看得不太明白,他们的意思是,加入一点人性化考虑的设计吧,我猜。
总之,准则是准则,开发产品的时候最好对一遍,毕竟考虑过比没考虑过好。不过实际要全部做到不可能,google也自己说了:
- We have a lot of work to do when it comes to implementation.
- Every real-world product will have to strike a balance between all ten principles.
